It is your responsibility to be aware of a sellers return policy and its guidelines before making a purchase. A seller is not required to accept returns, although it is strongly recommended.

Can I contact a seller for more information about their listing?

ABSOLUTELY! In every listing there is a CONTACT SELLER button. This will allow you to email any questions or concerns you have to the seller directly. We encourage you to communicate with the seller regarding their item so you are confident in your purchase.
